  Considering that TOLL's 'on hold' spiel boasts 'seamless' and 'time definite' collections, I am thoroughly unimpressed.

  At 10am this morning, I collected my sample and packaged it ready for collection. At 11.28am I received a missed call and a voicemail from TOLL stating that they would not be available to collect my sample between 1-3pm as booked, but would collect it between 3.30-5.30pm. I then rang TOLL, was placed on hold for 14mins before speaking to a customer service officer, placed on hold for a further 10+ mins and they lodged a 'request' for my sample to be collected within the original booking time and that the Ballarat depot would have to review this request before confirming with me via phone call. It is now 1.18pm and I am still yet to receive a confirmation call for the collection.

  I rang TOLL yesterday afternoon and booked in the collection of a biological substance to be collected today between 1-3pm. The original person wrongly booked it for 3-5pm. However, this was picked up at the end of the phone call when he was confirming the pick up details. I stated that I was definitely not available after 3pm and he assured me that the item would definitely be collected between 1-3pm. I reiterated the importance of the collection time as it was a biological substance and he again reassured me.
