    Horrendous service, awful staff. Paid $4,000 to have my car fixed... after several thousands of dollars, changed stories of what is actually wrong with my car, emotional stress, and having to quit 2 jobs because of my vehicle... IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. NEVER take your car here, you will regret it! Might i also add that they sold a faulty Amarok, that blew up with two small children in the back seat. VW Ballarat will now not even return their phone calls!!!!

    Staff were great to deal with, look forward to returning to purchase my next car. Thanks again. I have to laugh at the below review, I don't know why people have to make up lies!
